Dr. Kathy Lynch, PT, DPT, received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado-Anschutz Medical Campus. She is a native of Pennsylvania but has made the West Coast and Oregon her home. Since moving to Oregon she has become active in the outdoors with hiking and biking.
Team sports have always been a part of her life, growing up playing softball, basketball, and soccer. She played intercollegiate basketball at Nazareth College of Rochester and coached collegiately following
graduation. She is still an avid basketball fan filling her winter weekends with NCAA games on TV.
She is also a college football fan or as she says “fanatic” with strong loyalty to the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame.
Before earning her DPT, she graduated from the University of Notre Dame with an MBA. She has a B.S. in Accounting from Nazareth College and worked in public accounting as well as higher-education business
administration.
As a physical therapist, she enjoys problem-solving and working with others to achieve their goals. She has taken continuing education courses involving cervical, lumbopelvic, and sports injuries. She has
also completed training in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA).
